Childcare Provider

```Duties``` - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs - Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime - Assist with feeding, diapering, and potty training as needed - Monitor children's behavior and address any disciplinary issues using positive reinforcement techniques - Collaborate with parents to ensure the well-being and development of each child - Maintain a clean and organized childcare space ```Requirements``` - Previous experience in babysitting or childcare preferred - Knowledge of early childhood education and childhood development principles - Ability to manage children's behavior effectively - First aid and CPR certification is a plus - Strong caregiving skills and ability to provide a nurturing environment for children - Ability to educate and engage children in age-appropriate activities - Experience with toddler care and classroom management is desirable - Familiarity with infant care, including feeding, diapering, and soothing techniques Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
