The private master bedroom has private bathroom, brand new wood floor, one king size bed with two night stands, one big couch, one walk in closet and a dress.
One computer desk with a chair.
A 60 inch Smart TV is mounted on the wall.
Amenities: Shared living room; dining room and breakfast bar; kitchen with additional toaster, air fryer, espresso machine, Kitchen aid mixer, etc.
Parking is included as well.
Washer and drier are attached.
Central air and heat.
Common area is cleaned weekly.
Special filter has been installed due to Covid.
An unfurnished basement is available for storage.
Fee: $500 month to month if one year lease.
Wifi, water, snow removal, insurance are included.
Paper products such as toilet paper and kitchen paper towels are offered.
