We are looking for another awesome roommate for our co-living mountain house.
We are a couple of guys in our mid-thirties who love all things outdoors including skiing/snowboarding, hiking, biking, climbing etc.
If you are looking for an affordable way to live in the foothills without having to buy and furnish your whole own home this is an excellent opportunity.
We're both very laid back and are looking for another easy going, fun, clean, and respectful roommate.
The house is privately situated on the side of a mountain at the end of a cul-de-sac with breath taking western views.
Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the white cap mountains every evening with views of Longs Peak.
The house is fully furnished with brand new furnishings less than one year old.
You will have your own private bathroom, bedroom with brand new memory foam Nectar Queen mattress and partially private living space with a wood burning stove, sectional couch and flat screen TV.
The space is set up to accommodate working from home with your own
desk, office chair and excellent high speed internet.
We both work remotely and have had no problem with four people simultaneously streaming Zoom calls.
Your room is fully furnished including all bedding, towels, and has a good sized closet and we have additional storage space if you need to store more of your belongings.
The shared main living area includes a great room with a 20ft high fireplace, large dinning room, and fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook delicious meals at home.
Plus there's a grill and smoker on our large wrap around deck.
The house is also set up for co-living fun with a large therapeutic hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, foosball, darts, giant connect four, plenty of board games, and 3D target archery range.
We are flexible in regards to length of stay.
You could move in as soon as you want to and stay until at least the end of April 2024, with a possibility to extend.
