we have a room open in our four bedroom house that’s a three minute drive to campus.
The house is absolutely stunning and newly renovated.
The landlord is a sweetheart and also very accommodating! Me and my friends are going to be sophomore this upcoming school year, we don’t mind living with grad students/those older than us.
We would also prefer the fourth roommate to be to be female as we all are.
We are all very respectful roommates.
Rent is $875+ utilities which is a steal for the area considering how nice the house is.
