My roommate left recently.
I am looking for someone responsible and also with a steady job.
I work and go to school.
So I am looking for someone with the same mindset.
This room is perfect for someone that does not keep much company and simply needs the essentials.
The livingroom and bedroom are used as two separate rooms and the kitchen is mutual ground.
This has worked for me for 3 1/2 years so far.
The is a one-year lease.
I will only entertain those that are able to sign a one-year agreement.
