This is a large ground floor 2 bathroom, 3 bedroom house in a beautiful rural part of Ellenville that would be shared with my husband and I.
The bedroom (which will be empty, not full of furniture as seen in photo) you would have is 100 Square feet with a 4 foot wide closet and an extra much larger closet in hallway just outside the bedroom and some limited storage in the basement for a single adult The main full bathroom is in the hallway which would be primarily used by you, semi-private, with limited use by myself and occassional guests.
You would be able to keep all your personal items in the nice closet in that bathroom.
(we have a bathroom in our bedroom).
