LEER 8 ft long bed fiberglass truck cap/shell - $75 (Stamford)

For sale used as-is, one (1) fbgls truck shell in FC as shown.
LEER model east #219917.
Exact model year is unknown but is likely around 10 yrs old.
Purchased used in 2017 with moderate winter use 2017-2020.
Not used since 2020 and a windstorm that summer broke the back hatch, ugh.
There is NO glass in the rear hatch but the frame is intact and can be riveted back into the shell trim (after new glass installed).
Dimensions 99" long, 69" back width, 70" front width, 29" tall.
Under the shell is a 4.
5" lip on the sides (rides on truck rail) with a 2" lip at the front end (near rear window of truck).
Three slide windows, one in the front and one on each side near the front (both screened).
Original red exterior painted black rustoleum but needs a repaint.
White interior painted silver rustoleum that mostly flaked off when I power-washed the shell last summer.
Sale comes with new shock absorber ball connectors, as one was ripped off last summer.
The shell has new latch/locks on both sides w/ spare keys, rear door (rubber) seal, and a third light was installed new a few years back.
The rear light works and was never used.
This longbed high top shell has plenty of inside storage AND should fit many different model pickup trucks with a 8 ft bed (after minor adjustments).
I had to grind the rear corners to fit my 2010 Tundra (worked fine).
The shell originally came off a Chevy 1500 pickup.
Sale comes complete with 6 aluminum clamps and hex-head bolts.

This heavy shell takes 2 strong people top mount.
I use 2x6" planks to install/remove (included if you want).
