Duties:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the daycare
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, mealtime, and naptime
- Foster positive social interactions among children and encourage sharing and cooperation
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the daycare facility
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of the children
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in classroom management, babysitting, nannying, or caregiving is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to manage behavior and redirect negative actions in a positive manner
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus

This is a full-time position with regular working hours.
