After School Care Assistant

Responsibilities: -Monitor Students - Assist students with homework assignments and test preparation - Monitor and provide feedback to parents/guardians - Engage with students - Maintain a safe and supportive environment - Collaborate with parents, and administration, to ensure student success Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience working with students of different ages a plus - Classroom management skills to maintain a positive, productive, and safe environment - Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students - Familiarity with childhood development principles - First aid certification a plus - Experience in childcare or babysitting, or coaching (preferred) If you are passionate about helping students succeed and possess the necessary skills, we would love to hear from you.
