```Duties```
-Assist in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
-Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and other activities
-Assist with the implementation of age-appropriate educational and recreational programs
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the daycare facility
-Monitor children's behavior and report any concerns to the daycare supervisor
-Prepare and serve snack and meals in accordance with set menu prepared by supervisor
-Diaper and assist with potty training.
-Collaborate with other daycare staff to ensure the well-being of all children
```Skills```
- Childcare experience or babysitting experience is preferred
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques
- Ability to educate and engage children in various activities
- Will have to be first aid and CPR certified (Program will assist with this)
- Understanding of early childhood education principles and practices
- Strong caregiving skills and ability to provide emotional support to children
- Experience working with infant/toddlers in a daycare or similar setting
Looking for part time assistant to perform daily daycare activities such at supervision of activities, diapering, assisting with potty training, meal preparation and distribution, cleanup, supporting emotional dysregulation, preparing for nap time, indoor and outdoor activities, etc.
I currently have 4 children enrolled but am licensed for 6, however, I do not plan on having 6 kids enrolled at once.
Job starts at $20 an hour for 20 hours a week but may increase to full time.
Hours are Monday-Friday 9:30am-2:30pm
Paid federal holidays off.
Two weeks paid vacation.
5 paid sick days.
