A fast-paced and growing tools and equipment manufacturing company is seeking an intelligent, dedicated, reliable, and confident individual to join the office staff as a member of our Customer Service Team.
This is a full time position, with the potential for growth within the company.
*Job Summary:*
· Receive and direct incoming calls to the appropriate parties.
· Monitor inbox and address miscellaneous customer inquiries received by email.
· Assist with order entry, invoicing, and maintenance of customerrecords.
· Prepare and execute literature mailings and sample requests.
· Complete general clerical duties such as copying, scanning, and filing as needed.
· Maintain office supplies and literature.
*The Ideal Candidate Will Be:*
· Proficient with Google Workspace and MS Office.
· Confident and decisive; able to follow through with given tasks and make decisions when needed.
· Adaptable; can handle changing tasks, expectations, and policies.
· Efficient, punctual, and reliable.
*Requirements:*
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Experience performing clerical duties in a professional setting; prior experience in customer service preferred.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Must have good computer skills and the ability to learn our manufacturing software, Sage 100
· Must be able to type at least 50 WPM.
· Organized, accurate, and attentive to detail.
· The ability to be both self-directed and to follow instructions

Pay: $17.
