We have immediate employment opportunities for Part-Time Customer Service Call Center Representatives at our corporate office in Hurley, NY.
Our call center is in service to our traveling customers throughout the U.
S and Canada and requires that you report to the office for each scheduled shift.
*This is not a remote opportunity.
* Our call center hours are 7am-10pm, 7 days a week.
*The preferred candidate is a person who has:*
* Exceptional phone etiquette and excellent customer service skills.
Experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with sharp attention to detail.
* Meticulous organizational skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
* The ability to work well in a team environment but also function independently.
* The availability to work up to 29 hours weekly and is extremely reliable.
This availability must include weekends and holidays.
*Responsibilities include:*
* Managing incoming calls and email correspondence.
* Communicating bus fares and schedules and assisting customers with changes to their itineraries.
* Handling customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives in real time.
* Maintaining a calm and cooperative demeanor with all customers.
* Working in an office environment with other representatives.
