This newly reimagined property offers banquet, wedding and event facilities.

Job Duties & RESPONSIBILITIES
A Hotel Front Desk Agent is a professional who is responsible for greeting guests in an efficient and courteous manner.
As the first face that many see upon arrival, the Hotel Front Desk Agent checks guests in and out of their rooms, distributes room keys, answers questions and processes payments for hotel services.
Verifies credit acceptance by reviewing and recording driver's license number; and operating credit card authorization systems.
Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Facilitates correspondence with guests.
Assist guests with concierge services (activities/ things to do/ restaurant recommendations)
Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out
Manage guest bookings and reservations
Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Starting at $22 an hour based on experience
