*Architecture - Project Manager (Rhinebeck)*
Optimus Architecture has an immediate opening for an Architectural Project Manager in our Hudson Valley, New York, office.
We have been providing full-service architecture and interior design on projects across the northeast for more than 30 years.
Specializing in healthcare, our projects include hospital, physician owned, private & not-for-profit, inpatient and outpatient facilities.
*Responsibilities:*
* Familiarity with the design process from planning through close-out.
* Ability to work collaboratively with owners, designers, consultants, engineers, contractors, and vendors to achieve mutual project goals.
* Construction Administration Experience – reviewing and responding to RFI’s, submittals, and Shop Drawings; attending Site Meetings; preparing field reports; working with contractors and building inspectors to efficiently address field issues.
* Occasional same day travel required for site visits and field work.
*Requirements:*
* Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite, and Sketch-up.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
* Creative problem solving.
* Strong verbal, written and graphic communication skills.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture required.
