Michael Tobias Design (MTD) Saratoga 5 string bass.
According to Michael this model dates from 2009.
This is the earlier version of the Saratoga, with passive electronics.
Features include an ergonomic asymmetric flat D neck, MTD's Quick Release Bridge, and a zero fret with shelf nut.
It also includes MTD's top notch gig bag with padding for days and a built-in neck support system.
I'm selling this for my neighbor who purchased this ages ago for her daughter.

The bass literally has about 2 hours of playing time on it and, if you look it over, that becomes apparent.
I've seen guitars hanging in stores with more signs of use, this thing is a time capsule.
