Applicant must have ability to perform excellent customer service, operate cash register(experience is a plus), physical ability to work in hot or cold temperatures(in cooler or outside as needed), ability to bend, stoop or walk for a entire shift able to clean interior and exterior areas(trash disposal,restrooms).
Must be able to work in different shifts.
Applicant must be a team player whom can help promote a great shopping experience for our customers.
Lead Cashiers will move into management position.

- Supervise a team of employees and ensure smooth operations
- Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate product pricing and promotions
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a retail environment
- Strong math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software
- Experience in shift management, including scheduling and delegation of tasks
- Knowledge of wireless sales products and services is a plus
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of employees
- Retail management experience is highly desirable
- Training development experience is an asset
