We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist us with installing green energy solutions specializing in installing Mitsubishi ductless mini split heat pumps.
**Job Summary: ** The role of the CSR is to answer phones, schedule sales consultations, schedule service appointments, and maintain the scheduling calendar.
Customer interaction and positive customer service is a must.
**Responsibilities: ** Answering Phones Scheduling In-home consultations Scheduling service calls Troubleshooting issues with clients Manage Podium Conversations Calling leads from various sources **Required Skills/Abilities: ** Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong grasp on logistics Some basic math skills Must be self-driven.
Ability to prioritize tasks.
Work collaboratively with other office staff and production team.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
**Education and Experience: ** High school diploma or equivalent.
**Physical Requirements: ** Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
