The room is pretty large and it seems hard to beat for the price.
Current tenant is able to fit 2 desks, 2 arm chairs, a minifridge and have some space to stretch out and do yoga in the mornings.
Its got 2 windows that overlook the beautiful treelined street.
It's all around pretty great
The house is 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom that would be shared with four roommates (3 guys 1 girl) who are all in there late 20s early 30s and have lived for a couple of year, so the place is fully put together except for your private bedroom.
The house is currently set up with a very large living room, dining room/2nd living room, kitchen, backyard that we use for grillin & chillin, basement/attic for storage, and porch secondary outside chill time.
The house has a pretty relaxed vibe on weekdays as everyone is working pretty typical 9 to 5 schedules, but we are definitely social most weekends either watching a sports game, playing a board game, or just relaxing with a few beers.
Very friendly environment.
We ideally would be looking for someone with shared living space experience and similar age range that knows how to be responsible but isn’t afraid to socialize and would be willing to cultivate a good home with us.
