The house is an historical, modest mansion that is a little bit scruffy on the outside, but nicely remodeled on the inside.
The available room has a wall of original, big windows, hardwood floors, high ceilings.
Think opposite of cave.
It gets lots of sun! There are two additional large rooms that are shared, with room to have a desk or work space if needed.
One shared bathroom and kitchen.
I am 40 yr old female musician and bartender who also dabbles in the world of plant medicine/ceremony.
I’d like to find someone who wants to hold space in one of the shared rooms for the creative and alt medicine community somewhat regularly.
Some ideas include small scale music shows, herbal meditations, healing ceremonies, yoga nidra.
I am very open to other ideas as well.
I also teach occasional music lessons at home, and would like to host occasional dinner parties.

Important possible deal breaker or maker: I want to live a life that takes the focus away from TV watching, so I don’t want a large TV in the shared spaces.
If you work from home - I am home during the day often as I work in the evenings.
