Location is in Rosendale, NY right off Routes 32 and 213, only a 10 minute walk to NY Trailways Bus to Mid Manhattan.
Plus less than 20 minutes drive to New Paltz and Kingston.
Plus less than 45 minutes to Newburgh, Poughkeepsie/most of Dutchess County as well.
Semi-rural country setting less than 2 hours from Metro NYC/New Jersey.
Or 90 minute drive from Albany.
I am a Middle Aged Heterosexual Biracial Male, College Grad, working in one of the area Schools as a Teacher Assistant.
Currently living alone nearby in a Studio Apartment that is looking for a bigger home with only 1 roommate.
**So looking to share with a mature, Professional (ages 25 and up) who is also Lady is an added plus.
On that point, I strongly want someone who already has a primary residence and only looking to stay at most 2-3 days a week.
