$800 Large room for rent (Lake Katrine)

Large bedroom for rent decent closet space rent is $800 a month with access to washer and dryer for $10 a week (I pay an extra 20 a week for access) I do however have some type of Arrangements we could come up with for work to lower the price of the room I feel like this situation would work best for a single mother or stay at home parent or someone on disability.
We do have two very clean cats in the house
