House-share for someone that is friendly and gets along with others easily.
One of my housemates is moving , got along great.
Many past housemates come back to visit and quite a few of them students.
Medium size room available sometime in March We are a very friendly low-key atmosphere.
It's a much nicer place than most bachelors live .
There is a super friendly low/key cat here.
3 bedrooms, I'm in one, another guy in another.
Nice enough to invite your mom over but still put your feet up.
I rented a room here before I bought the place.
Many past roommates still come back to visit, quite a few were college students or new in career.

and so on I keep it very affordable here on purposely to help those that need it - this is a ideal place if you: - are in school/new in career/restarting/ +have a real need for lower rent) - get along with people easily and have a good/positive outlook in life - can socialize but also like privacy of your room *- is working/going to school or some combo (basic verification needed) - want a place nice enough to bring others over - can use utilities economically/with common sense - like to live in a nice neighborhood/house versus cramped apt.
- don't have a ton of stuff :-) - can appreciate general/common sense quiet times TTYS PS A social media link is VERY helpful (but not necessary) to speed things up.
