$900 Sweet bright bedroom in New Paltz (New Paltz)

Housemate wanted: I've got a lead on a great rental in New Paltz, the home is owned by folks I've known for many years who are wonderful people, and the house is in great shape.

There's a very sweet backyard.
There are three bedrooms and one bathroom.
Two of the bedrooms are just over 10'*10'.
The third bedroom is a bit smaller.
Ideally looking for someone to rent two rooms- one of the larger bedrooms and also the smaller bedroom.
The rent would be approx.
$1400 for both rooms.
Alternately, looking for someone to take the 2nd larger room.
Rent would be approx $900.
We'd then look together for a third housemate.
There's a bathtub, a w/d, and a dishwasher in the home.
The parking is variable- when it's snowy we can pile our cars into the driveway.
At other times we can alternate street parking and parking in the driveway.
Lease start date will be sometime between Feb 15th and March 1st A little about me: I am 42 and I work with young kids.
I am passionate about social justice, the healing arts, and spending time in nature.
I have one cat- she is very friendly and will offer you snuggles.
