For rent a small private room and sitting area with table and chairs, a small refrigerator and a microwave.
Available starting April 15 on our small pony farm.
The room is upstairs we live downstairs.
There’s a shared bath and laundry in between the upstairs and the downstairs living space.
Heat and electric are included in the rent.
Sorry, no pets, but you must like animals! We do have our own dogs, ponies, chickens, and a duck.
We would consider a reduced rent for help around the house or the farm.
We are Very pleasant, and give you your privacy, Yet friendly and available when needed.
