My housemate and I are looking for a third female housemate to move into the third bedroom of our cozy, super affordable townhouse within walking distance of Vassar College.
We are hoping to find someone interested in moving in by February 1st.
Room is available sooner if interested.
For the month of march 2024, rent will be free! The price listed is the share of the rent you would pay ($550/month).
Heat and hot water are included.
Utilities, Wi-Fi, and shared household expenses are additional and shared amongst us.
Once split it is usually less than $150/month.
Tenant must sign a 12 month lease.
We are two women in our mid 30’s who work full time.
We are quiet, clean, responsible, and most of all respectful of each other's space and belongings.
We have one 11 week old kitten.
The townhouse is two floors and an unfinished basement with our own laundry.
Three bedrooms and bathroom with separate shower and tub are upstairs, which is great for privacy.
Downstairs is living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath.
The house is fully furnished.
There is a queen size bed available for use in the bedroom if wanted.
There is no other bedroom furniture in the room.
We have a nice small patio in the back as well.
Parking is available and free in the complex.
There is also a pool for use in the summer.
