Queer intentional community means everyone who is here so far is queer.

The whole apartment is $400, with one room larger than the other, individual room prices differ.
Large back and side yard.
Room for a garden or 3.
Private walking path in the woods and a pond to look out over.
There is also a large barn that can be turned into common spaces in the next couple months.
Pets are ok when renting a whole apartment, with a pet deposit, and on a case by case basis when renting a room - depending on roommate approval.
Can be furnished or unfurnished.
