Hi! We are a friendly gay couple who spend 1/2 of our time in Woodstock and 1/2 of our time in Brooklyn.
We are seeking a conscientious and friendly renter for our light filled spacious first floor studio with a private poolside entrance and a dedicated bathroom in a shared adjacent office.
Please be dog friendly and familiar with queer and trans communities.
I am trans and we are likely to have trans friends over to the house.

We are renting the room for $1950 with all utilities included except firewood.
Open to singles or couples, no kids.
Dogs OK but will need to meet our pup first.
Your room has its own wood stove and a Murphy bed with a queen sized mattress, as well as a large dresser and a reading chair.
The shared living room has an HD projector, a Nintendo switch, an Apple TV, and a wood stove.
Our home is the last house on a cul-de-sac and sits adjacent to 20 acres of protected state land full of wildlife and a few hiking trails.
We have a screened porch that looks out onto the state forest.
As such, the home is very private and we often forget we have neighbors (they’re also rarely home!).
We are finishing up a full renovation of our home—the last items are putting up siding, finishing the upstairs bedrooms, and painting.
Although most of the work left to do is in a wing separated from your room, we will offer a 10% discount on rent until the project is complete.
