As a Sales & Product Expert, you are the customer's first impression of CMF, lending expert knowledge of our brand, products, and services.

* Act as the voice of CMF on the front lines, delivering joyful experiences and developing lasting relationships with customers
* Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and expertise
* Assist people via phone, email, or text
* Follow up with customers through clienteling
* Create and process sales
* Record and relay recurring customer feedback and insights
